Everyone knows that moving is good for your body… but it is also good for the mind. Sometimes getting out of the house is the hardest step, but that is where we come in – we are offering local people the opportunity to get together and head out for a walk.
The Harlequins Foundation is about promoting all around health – that’s physical and mental wellbeing, and walking is a great place to start.
We meet at the Stoop on the Mondays listed below, the walk lasts about 45 minutes and then after that – why not go for a coffee with the new people you have met. Getting to know people in your local area can be a challenge, and this kind of group can be a great way to access a new network.
Paul, one of our dedicated coaches leads the group, and takes you through an extremely picturesque route – you are not going to want to miss this.

“The Harlequins Hikes are aimed at those who would like to increase or even start some regular gentle exercise. It will benefit anyone in the community. We have people aged between 40 and 80 signed up so far. So anyone and everyone is welcome. The Hikes are all risked assessed and last 30 to 40mins.
