SWITCH INTO SPORT FUNDRAISERS GO “BIG” AT BIG GAME 12

A group of young people participating in The Harlequins Foundation’s Switch into Sport Programme attended Big Game 12 to volunteer their time and collect donations in the West Fan Village to support their continued participation in the programme. Switch into Sport, part of The Foundation’s Flagship Switch programme, is a female leadership programme that uses rugby as a vehicle to support young people’s development.

HITZ: A TERM OF SUCCESS

The Hitz programme  rounded off 2019 with  21 young people enrolled on the programme, and with another recruitment drive due in February, the programme continues to go from strength to strength after a very productive first term.

Kelly Dooley has over 18 years of experience in comprehensive secondary education. Since starting as an English and Media teacher, she has held senior leadership roles in three large London secondary schools before being appointed Head Teacher of The Richmond upon Thames School in 2016.

FOUNDATION SUPPORT TEAM RICHMOND AT 2020 LONDON SCHOOL GAMES

The Harlequins Foundation is delighted to yet again have supported Team Richmond at the London Youth Games. The young athletes from Team Richmond collected 1,138 points to finish fourth in the final Jubilee Trophy standings at the 2019 London Youth Games.
